MISKO Risaki (Risoni Small)
This is perhaps the “coolest” member of the family of fine-shredded pasta and probably for good reason, as it makes “friendships” with light soups of meat or vegetables, gets along very well with legumes and is great company to delicious meat dishes! Just a little smaller than orzo, it adapts easily to any occasion. You wouldn’t believe to which recipes it could be used for special flavor! Among others, vegetables filled with risoni, veal roll with risoni, even bean soup with risoni… And this is but a small taste of what it can do!
