We prepare the pasta. We fill a large pot with 5 liters of water and cook on high heat.
Once the water starts boiling, we add 35g salt and MISKO Linguine Whole Wheat. We stir with a cooking fork and let the pasta boil for as long as indicated on the package.
At the same time, we heat up 4 tbsp. olive oil in a sauce pan and sauté the onion until it softens.
We add the mushrooms, salt and freshly ground pepper, and sauté for 6-7 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates.
We add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Then we pour in the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
We add the thyme and mix.
We strain the pasta, keeping about 100ml of the water in which we boiled the pasta. We put it in the saucepan with the mushrooms, add the water and mix gently.
We serve right away, after sprinkling with freshly ground pepper.
