1 small broccoli (florets)
2 chicken breasts chopped into small chunks

100ml water in which the pasta was boiled

juice and zest from 1 lemon

100g Kefalotyri cheese, grated
We fill a pot with water, add enough salt and let the water boil.
We add the broccoli in the boiling water and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Then, we remove it with a pierced ladle and transfer it to a bowl.
We sprinkle enough salt over the chicken pieces and heat 4 tbsp. olive oil in a large pot.
We sauté the chicken on high heat for 3-4 minutes, until it turns golden brown on all sides.
We add the broccoli, stir and sauté.
We add the crushed red pepper and the lemon juice, let the mixture come to a boil and then lower the heat.
At the same time, we prepare the pasta. We fill a large pot with 5 liters of water and cook on high heat.
Once the water starts boiling, we add 35g salt and MISKO Miskotini No10. We stir with a cooking fork and let the pasta boil for as long as indicated on the package.
We strain the pasta, keeping about 100ml of the water in which we boiled the pasta. We throw the pasta into the pot with the chicken, add the water and stir gently.
We remove from the heat, sprinkle with the zest and stir.
We serve with freshly ground pepper and grated Kefalotyri cheese.
