We sauté the onions, the garlic and the peppers in 4-5 tbsp. olive oil.
We add the shrimps and the cherry tomatoes. We sauté for 5 more minutes.
We pour in the ouzo, add salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
We add the Feta cheese and the basil and mix.
We prepare the pasta. We fill a large pot with 5 liters of water and cook on high heat.
Once the water starts boiling, we add 35g salt and the MISKO Spaghettini No10 . We stir with a cooking fork and let the pasta boil for as long as indicated on the package.
We strain the pasta and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. olive oil.
We serve with the seafood sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
