MISKO Tubetti
500g MISKO Tubetti
30 shrimps No3, without shell
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. tomato paste
400g grated tomatoes
¼ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
We remove the shell and the viscera of each shrimp.
In a saucepan, we heat 4 tbsp. olive oil and sauté the chopped onion on low heat.
We add the shrimps in the saucepan and stir.
Once they get some color and start turning golden, we let them cook for four minutes and transfer them onto a dish.
We add MISKO Tubetti, the tomato paste, the tomatoes, 500ml water, salt and freshly ground pepper.
We stir well, lower the heat and let the pasta simmer for as long as indicated on the package.
We check and add some warm water if necessary.
Just before removing from the heat, we add the shrimps to warm up, we remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley and a little freshly ground pepper.
