MISKO Chilopitaki
As the Greek name implies, they are the descendants of the traditional Chilopita, just cut into small, cute, squares. They are rightfully considered the most popular traditional pasta, since they go perfectly with roasted rooster and “love” veal and vegetable soup, but at the same time they do not fear to be part of the most original, modern recipes, such as a pudding with Anthotyros cheese and raisins!
