Tubetti
One of the most favourite short pasta shapes, different from the others with the hole inside, it holds the first position to your preference! The shape looks like the rosary bead and it is greater in length than tubetti half pasta. It is particularly popular among children. Used mainly in soups with meat or vegetables, in yiouvetsi, with red sauces and in fasting recipes (e.g. octopus). The recipes we recommend are only the beginning!
