Say yes to fiber-rich foods

Dietary fibers (soluble and insoluble), are a group of nutrition with specific effects on
human health. The benefits of the introduction of food rich in fibers in the diet of
people with type 2 diabetes, is a subject of many scientists study. More specifically, dietary fibers, particularly soluble, found mainly in fruit, have a positive effect on those people, in two ways: lowering the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides and also normalizing the high variations in blood sugar.

Nowadays, the whole scientific community insists that people with type 2 diabetes directly benefit from a diet rich in soluble fibers, which can be obtained from citrus fruit, oat products and many types of beans.
