When the mercury drops, the nutrition may be the best way to charge your batteries and face cold weather.

Even during the winter, we should try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, preferring the winter varieties, whenever possible. So that is the right time of year to enjoy wild artichokes, and cabbage, and to experiment with all kinds of recipes containing these ingredients (a valuable source of dietary fiber), which is very delicious in soups and other supporting meals of high nutritional value.
As for the fruit of this season, the first choice are the kiwis and all rich in vitamins citrus fruits which are very necessary for those who are working or playing outdoors and are in danger of cool.
For people who play outside and under the sun even in winter, it is good to follow a diet rich in vegetables as an inexhaustible source of natural antioxidant components.
You are advised, however, not to drink alcoholic beverages, which, eventhough they give us the illusion of heating up when we consume them, in fact accelerate the process of reducing the heat, causing a reduction in body temperature due to expansion caused by alcohol in the blood vessels.
But you can drink as much tea you want and other beverages. It is very soothing and quite beneficial to your body.
