Proper nutrition for stress

Is there a specific nutrition instruction that can positively contribute to the fight  against hypertension?

A pioneering nutrition regimen is recommended long ago by many researchers, to combat hypertension in a natural way. This diet then is called the Dash Diet and contains at least five serves of fruit and vegetables daily and two serves of dairy (especially milk) reduced in fat.

This dietary regimen, when applied from hypertension, with attention to the salt content of the diet, resulted in significant reduction of both systolic and diastolic (low)
pressure.

Therefore, after the remarks on reduced salt intake, we are entering a new era of recommendations for hypertension: consume fresh fruits and vegetables and highlight the daily intake of milk with reduced fat.
