Do not skip breakfast
More and more studies show the importance of breakfast meal to ensure good physical and mental performance.
The breakfast then, is to charge the body with necessary energy materials, after the long fasting associated with sleep.
The start of the day on an empty stomach may cause hypoglycemia, dizziness, hypotension, and general weakness. Very important is the fact that through the proper configuration of glucose, a proper breakfast reduces hunger and avoids the mood for snacking during the day.
Breakfast should include a quarter of the calories you need daily. These must come from a balanced mix of breakfast: carbohydrates from fruits and cereals, protein from milk, eggs or yogurt and “good” vegetable fats, sesame, olives or nuts.
